Purchase Assistance Package

This package of services is available for purchase before or after a purchase offer is received on your property.

  1. Receive offer from buyer’s agent or buyer.
  2. Review offer with you, explain addendum, contingencies, etc.
  3. Verify Buyer is Qualified to Purchase
  4. Verify Earnest Money Deposit
  5. Assist in counter offer preparation
  6. Present counter offer to buyer’s agent or buyer.
  7. Process transaction through to closing. Including the following items.
    1. Inspections
    2. Appraisals
    3. Contingency Removals and Addendums
    4. Title Work
    5. Home Warranty (if necessary)
    6. Closing Coordination
  8. Verify "Clear to Close"
  9. Set Convenient Closing Location
  10. Set Convenient Closing Appointment Time
  11. Review Settlement Statement
  12. Loan Payoff Confirmation

The above package of services can be purchased at a price of 0.5% of the selling contract price of the property.
