Listing and Photo Changes
We do NOT charge you change fees for modifying photos or listing wording changes. The fact is that certain things will change over the course of time in selling your house and you need to be able to have your listing be represented accurately. Our goal is to save you money and not "nickel and dime" you to death.
Some changes can occur with a simple email to Denise.
Some changes require a change form to be filled out. These changes include:
- Price Changes
- Remarks
- Commssion Offerred
