Type of Service

Greater Michigan Realty offers two types of service: Limited Service and Full Service

Limited Service

includes the following services:

1. List the Property on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), for the terms of this Agreement and in accord with the listing package Seller has purchased.

2. Receive and present (via any method) to the Seller offers to purchase from Cooperating Brokers.

Full Service

includes the following services:

1. List the Property on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), for the terms of this Agreement and in accord with the listing package Seller has purchased.

2. Arrange appointments for Cooperating Brokers to show listed property to potential purchasers.

3. Receive and present (via any method) to the Seller offers to purchase from Cooperating Brokers.

4. Advise the Seller on the merits of the offer to purchase within the scope of a real estate transaction, not including legal, tax, appraisal, or any other advice outside the scope of real estate.

5. Assist the Seller in developing, communicating and presenting counteroffers.

6. Participate on the Seller’s behalf in negotiations which may lead to the sale of the Seller’s property.
