The Silver Package
The Silver Package is great for the limited budget. You are the contact in the MLS, if this is allowed by the MLS system. You can display any yard sign on your property (we recommend using ours). You have 6 months to sell your house. You are in the MLS under an ACTIVE status. We may or may not be able to put your name as the contact. If we are able to, then you get the calls directly and you will cooridinate the showings. If we can not, then we get the calls from the realtors and give your name and number, so they can call you directly and you will coordinate the showings.
