If permitted by the rules and regulations of the individual MLS boards, your name and phone number will go in the MLS as the owner and/or contact.

You are in the MLS and you control the entire process.

You are responsible for the following:

• Arranging appointments for cooperating brokers to show your property.

• Determining the merits of a purchase offer.

• Developing, communicating and presenting counteroffers.

• Participating in the negotiation directly.

• Retain the right to sell your home.

• Agree to pay the buying agent's commission (per the listing agreement),
  if the buying agent brings in the buyer.

Greater Michigan Realty is responsible for the following:

• List the Property on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), for the terms of this Agreement and in accord with the listing package Seller has purchased.
• Receive and present (via any method) to the Seller offers to purchase from Cooperating Brokers.
