The Bronze Package
The Bronze Package is great for the true FSBO that wants MLS exposure. You will be the contact in the MLS, if allowed. You buy and put up your own FSBO yard sign (we recommend using ours). You have 6 months to sell your house. You are in the MLS under a MEO status - Multi-List Entry Only. This status is what allows us to put your name as the contact.
