You are in the Multi-List and we are there to help you control the entire process.

We are responsible (with you) for:

• Arranging appointments for cooperating brokers to show your property.

• Accepting from cooperating brokers offers to purchase.

• Determining the merits of purchase offer.

• Developing, communicating and presenting counteroffers.

• Participating in the negotiation directly.

• Finally, agree to pay the buying agent's commission (per the listing agreement),
  if the buying agent brings in the buyer.
