The MLS systems have many rules for the photos we import. Here are a few:
- The primary photo must be an exterior front view of the property
- Do NOT have your "For Sale By Owner" sign in the picture
- Photos must be in JPG (JPEG) format
- Photos must be less than 1 MB in size
- Recommended photo size is 512 x 400 pixels
- Recommended pixel depth is 76 dpi
- Photo can NOT be a split photo with multiple images
- Photo can NOT have text/graphics written on it
It is especially helpful if you rename the file with the name of the picture.
I.e. "DSC100345.jpg" would become "front.jpg"
We do have software to convert your photos.
So don't worry about it if you are not computer graphic savvy.
Note: This will potentially add a delay to your photo being added to the listing.
