The primary photo must be an exterior view of the property
Do not have your "For Sale By Owner" sign in the picture
Photos must be in JPG (JPEG) format
Photos must be less than 1 MB in size
Recommended photo size is 512 x 400 pixels
Recommended pixel depth is 76 dpi
Photo can not be a split photo with multiple images
Photo can not have text written on it
It is especially helpful if you rename the file with the name of the room.
Ie. 100345.jpg would become front.jpg
We do have software to convert your photos.
So don't worry about it if you are not computer graphic savvy.
This will potentially add a delay to your photo being added to the listing.
