Our Story
We lived in a beautiful house in a wonderful neighborhood. Unfortunately, it was 40 minutes one way drive from our church, schools, doctors and the family activities. Many families would drive through our neighborhood every weekend watching for 1 of the 165 houses to go for sale. With that kind of traffic, why would we hire and pay a realtor 3% to "advertise" our house? We felt the realtor would put us in the MLS and wait for the people to come. This service was hardly worth 3%. See, we really did not need a full service realtor; we needed MLS and Realtor.com exposure.
We started looking around the internet and found a national Flat Fee MLS advertising company. We signed up. The local Michigan broker contacted us and it was a disaster! We were so frustrated. We called the advertising company we bought our package from to discuss our frustrations. He suggested that my wife open a real estate company and be his Michigan broker. So we did. Denise left General Motors after almost 10 years of service as a senior design engineer and started her company.
That was in September 2003 and within 6 months we have become the largest Flat Fee Company in Michigan. Many thanks to all of our customers and their referrals. We also thank all of our national advertising partners who entrust their customers to our dedicated company every day. - Once we receive the completed paperwork, you will be in the MLS system withing 48 hours.
- Then your listing will be uploaded to Realtor.com, during the next update.
- Your contact info gets put into our automated phone system.
- You will receive a customized yard sign from us.
- Wait for your phone to ring.
